Complaint Procedures
At Legal Desk, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services with professionalism and integrity. If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to bring them to our attention so we can address them promptly and fairly.
Step 1: Contact Us Directly
We recommend that clients first contact us to discuss any concerns. Many issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.

We will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 1 business day and aim to resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Step 2: Formal Complaint Submission
If your concern is not resolved through direct communication, you may submit a formal complaint in writing. Please include:
- Your full name and contact details
- A detailed description of your concern, including relevant dates and events
- Any supporting documents
- The outcome or resolution you are seeking

We will review your complaint thoroughly and provide a written response within 2 business days.
Step 3: Escalation to the Law Society of Ontario
If you remain dissatisfied with our response or prefer to file a complaint directly, you have the right to contact the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) at any time. The LSO regulates paralegals in Ontario and handles complaints related to professional conduct.
